How is that supposed to work?
Driving without ATC is simpke, as you just rely on the external signals, as you did before the introducton of ATC.

But with the inroduction of the new ERTMS level 2 signaling system the external signals disappear....

The problem with the mobile unit is that all clubs virtually wants to use it at the same time (Easter, pentekost, up to Christmas etc etc)
