I have triangulated the image and it seems the photograph was taken around 9 meters up from the ground around 55°56'45.21"N 8°29'31.54"E, likely on either the current properties of Kongevej 23A or 27B, whatever the building that stood there was.

When looking at old aerial photos from the area there doesn't seem to be any buildings high enough.
But it could of course have been taken from the rooftop of any of the buildings in the area of Kongevej, what doesn't a photografer do to get just the right photo
